Simulmedia UX Vision Statement
Our vision is to provide an experience where marketers will generate TV insights that present opportunities for creating customers and with a few seamless interactions, turn those insights into activation of a TV campaign that is booked within 48 hours, and begin generating real-time reporting from a terminal dashboard that automates the optimization of future campaigns.
Role and Responsibilities
* Reporting directly to the CPO and bringing a human-centered approach to video advertising
* Lead the product design team, including recruiting, on-boarding, and coaching
* Collaborating with diverse and cross-functional teams in a dynamic, rapid growth environment
* Prototyping, user research, and design thinking as a means to explore and convey design solutions
* Building and maintaining design systems, design principles, and streamlined UI/UX workflows
* Working with Front-end Software Engineers to deliver pixel-perfect UI
* Solving problems conceptually in collaboration with the broader team, including engineers, product managers, and data analysts
* Setting the requirements of the creative process including typical time and resources needed to produce quality work on time with efficiency, and to specification
* Conducting customer research ranging from ethnographic field studies to usability tests
