Yumble

A healthier generation through food and technology.

By giving kids the power to choose, Yumble creates healthy habits that last a lifetime!

Yumble's is the first meal delivery platform combining a food and tech experience for both busy parents and their growing kids. The digital experience is especially unique because it's the first of its kind designed to give kids the power of menu choice, a place where kids build their own fun meals and earn rewards for eating well. On Yumble’s online KidsZone, kids can play games, watch videos and read fun content to help them learn the fundamentals of eating and living a healthy lifestyle.

CPO Role and Responsibilities
-Developed a vision and created a product strategy to meet the unique needs of our customers and their kids

-Created and lead a detailed product roadmap that aligned with business priorities considering scope of work, impact, time, effort, and cost

- Ran the product development cycle prioritizing data, customer insights, ideation, and A/B testing

- Built, mentored, and lead a team of product designers while acting as design director and product manager on both digital and physical product (eg. All digital touch points as well as physical unboxing, in-box collateral and tray packaging)

- Reduced churn and brought the vision for the Yumble KidsZone into view. Worked with my team to design and deliver fully baked end-to-end digital experience for parents and their children which drew best ever retention rates for the subscription business at (55% at my departure).

- Worked closely with sub-contracted creative director to improve end to end messaging around the KidsZone as a retention lever for the business zero-ing in on core customer touch-points from discovery >l anding page designs > quiz> sign up> SMS opt-in > emails and onboarding videos for both parents and kids (satisfying both audiences).
